Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all liquid products are sealed tightly to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
